How do I order?

All orders are taking through the website.

When will I get my order?

Once payment has been received for your order, you order will be dispatched on the next working day if ordered before 3pm. If you have ordered aftere 3pm your order will be dispatched on the 2nd working day.

Do I need to create an account?

No, when placing an order you can simply checkout as a guest, however we do recommend you create an account as the you will be able to keep track of you account, and order history.

What happens if I order or want to order an item that is out of stock?

What payment method can be used?

All payments take through the website, use a secure platform Paypal or Stripe, which simply allows you to use your credit or debit card. Please note when using paypal, you do not need to create an account, simply used as a guest.



What are your postage options?

All of our parcels are sent via royal mail signed for delivery, this means someone will need to sign for your parcel when it arrives. This is not a fully trackable service if you would like your item to be fully trackable please click on the next day delivery option.

When will my item arrive?

Depending on which postal service you choose all time scales for royal mail delivery services are below-
Special next day delivery- The next working day before 1pm
Royal Mail 1st Class signed for-usually within 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for- usually within 2-3 working day
Please note these are the average time scales as provided by the royal mail website. If there are any adverse weather conditions your item could be delayed, in this event we would email you.

When will my item be posted?

All orders before 3pm will be posted out the next working day. If you have ordered after this time your order will be posted out the following working day.
Please allow up to 10 working days for personalised items.

Do you offer returns?

If you would like to return an item we offer an exchange within 14 days policy. Please note exchanges will not be offered unless the item is in the original saleable condition.
Poppy rose boutique refuse the right to any exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.

How do I return an item?

Returns are the customers responsibility and we are not liable for any lost post, always make sure items are sent via a trackable service, we will not provide an exchange to anyone who has not used this particular service in the event of a parcel being lost.
Please note we do not refund any postage costs.
