Placing an order on this site, you accept and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.
All our prices are in GBP(£) and include VAT at the current rate.
For personalised items, please allow up to 10 working days to be dispatched.
I reserve the right to refuse to reproduce anything of an offensive or illegal nature and will not accept any responsibility, for breach of copyright on any materials supplied by the customer.
Due to items being personalised, we can only accept refunds if the item is faulted, in which case the item will be replaced.
If any item is faulty or miss-spelt please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
If goods are damaged on receipt contact immediately via phone or email within 24 hours and send photos of how parcel has arrived as we may use this as proof to make a claim.
Faulty items must be returned before a replacement is sent out.
If any goods need to be returned, please return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you relevant information to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.
Once everything is checked and a refund is applicable we will issue your refund to your payment method used (please note debit card payment can take 3-5 working days to show on your account)
If you wish to cancel, please Contact Us as soon as possible, especially with personalised items.
